Holding complex cases can be a lot to carry alone. I offer case consultation for therapists who want a collaborative space to think through the clinical, ethical, and relational dimensions of their work. Whether you're navigating a particularly challenging case, working through a clinical impasse, or simply want a grounded second perspective, consultation is a space to slow down, reflect, and think it through together. My clinical background is rooted in DBT, OCD and anxiety treatment, and work with LGBTQIA+ populations, and I welcome clinicians across specialties.
