Individual Therapy

I work with individual clients on anxiety, OCD, trauma, perfectionism, and the kind of emotional intensity that's often misunderstood or mislabeled. Some of you have a name for what you're dealing with already. Others don't yet, and that's fine too.

What I bring to the work is structure and training in specific, evidence-based methods, alongside genuine care for the person in front of me. I'll be honest with you about what I think will help, and why.

  • You’ve been in therapy before, felt supported, but didn’t see much change

  • You’ve been told you feels things “too intensely” or “worry too much” and want concrete tools rather than just a label for it

  • Something from your past keeps affecting your present, and you’re ready to work on it directly

  • You want a therapist who’s honest with you about what’s working and what itsn’t

  • You’re queer and want a therapist with shared experience
